I mix one can of tuna, drained, with 2 tsp of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, chopped radish, bell peppers, celery & carrot.
I also like it with chopped veggies & mashed avocado on a wrap -- that is, if you can have wraps!!
Oh, and if you are logging calories, what you eat, etc into a journal or log, keep in mind that every can of tuna drained, weighs a different amount -- I get anywhere from 3 oz tuna to 4.5 oz tuna per can, drained...
