I hate tuna, though I love its nutritional contents. I have only been able to disquise the nasty taste with some honey, though I am sick of that too. Please post your ways of eating tuna.
I mix it with brown rice in a bowl and add some picante sauce, then mix it all up..its actually good.
If you buy the low sodium, albacore it'll taste better too.
1/2 can of tuna one cup of california blend vegetables 2 tablespoons of spicy mexican tomato sauce cooked for 10 minutes in a small pan is deeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelicious.
Rinse it really well to get the smell out, then mix it with pepper and onions, add some black pepper and throw it in to a cut out tomato. Top with salad dressing or oil and vinegar.
You could also add indianrelish (it's like adding pickles)
