Tuna in Pouch

Ok im confused. Canned tuna has 310 mg's of sodium per serving. so a can of tuna has a total of 775 mg's of sodium because there are 2.5 servings per can. Now.....i found this tuna in a pouch which is the greatest tasting tuna ever, and that has around 800 mg's of sodium if you eat the whole pouch. the entire pouch has around 45 grams of protien and its around 200 calories. is that too much sodium in one meal if trying to cut? even if i drink water like a water buffalo?

I don't like that tuna in a pouch. I have low blood pressure so sodium is good for me. But that stuff is so salty, I just don't like the taste.

then try the albacore in a pouch. not salty and higher in protein than chunk lite. but oh man it's dry as hell.
