Tuna burgers

want about 100grams protein , if you like tuna, try :

2 cans tuna
1 spoon mustard
3slices bread, into pieces
3whole eggs
salt, pepper to liking.

mix it all up, make paties, cook in pan,
i got the recipie from another forum, delicious...
 
sounds like it may be good easy way to get some protein in ya. Hopefully it doesn't taste like tuna steak, man that shit is gross
 
just made these guys:

1 can tuna
1/2 cup oatmeal
2 eggs
1 can black beans (strained)


make it like a pancake!
 
i used to just do 1 can tuna plus 1 egg. wasn't that great, but i've eaten worse. my worst idea was protein powder and egg whites with fake sugar... put into a microwave egg poacher and you have protein cake/muffins that are impermeable to water.
