Tuesday Roll Call

Rise and shine people. its 9:30 am here, and im eating. and then im hitting the gym, doing abs/calves today. yesterday we had all the different types of weather possible here. Rain, snow, hail, sun, thunderstorms, you name it...and one of the lightnings struck real close. when it struck i could hear the electricity outside, the sparking, and the tunder came almost simmoltanously(sp?).

Mornin', 9:15 here, been at work half an hour.
Had a hard leg workout last night so i'm trying to avoid going near any stairs today... boring cardio tonite
That's pretty cool about the lightening, i love lightnening storms, don't get many here tho...

Not too long till I get ready to go to work.

I'm still trying to house break my new puppy.
I took him to the vet. last Thur. and he's up to 2 lbs.. LOL

My baby son can now clap his hands together and my baby daughter can count to 1. Right now they're genusis, but if they're like this at 20 I'm fucked!
