How much and often do you use Tudca during your cycle?

I take two caps before bed so my liver detoxes during sleep. It really makes a huge difference in the way you feel. Double dosing it will actually start to reverse liver damage

I usually take 7 caps of N2guard at night... should I reduce that if I am going to be taking Tudca

I usually take my 7 caps of n2guard and 1-2 caps of Tudca on top of it. The more toxic your cycle, the more Tudca basically. I'm using injectables right now and no toxic orals so 1 cap of Tudca is sufficient for me. If you're running orals, opt for 2 caps

okay... I am on sarms, helladrol, katandrol, and Rs trans.... so I think I will do 2 caps then.

I use TUDCA from MR Supps every time I run toxic orals. It's very powerful stuff, and 1 cap per day will cover most orals well. For more toxic orals, 2 caps per day is not a bad idea. I always run it alongside N2guard at recommended dose for the best protection.
