Trying to start again

Ok I am getting back into lifting now, been out for about a year. I'm not like I used to be, I gained some weight since I have stopped. I am currently at about 20 percent body fat, Any tips on losing weight quickly?

Help, I can't seem to find the motivation!

How about NOT being fat as motivation, that always does it for me
 
I know what I have to do, I wanted to see what some of the people on this board had to say. Thanks a lot guys, I am not ready to waste juice on my lazy self.
