.... everyone in bodybuilding calls it "dextrose" instead of "glucose".

It's the same thing, people. I find it amusing when people go crazy trying to find suppliers of dextrose and can't find any in their city, so they have to order it online and pay huge shipping fees.... when they could just as easily go into the supermarket and buy some glucose. SAME STUFF.

I dunno, maybe dextrose sounds sexier.
