Right now I figure I'm about 12-14% BF (I think, never had a BF test), I'm lookin to drop enuf BF so I can see a sixer. Right now I can only see my abs if I flex but I'm down enuf so I can see a crease down my mid section which separates my left abs from my right abs (I'm sure u know what I mean). Anywayz, This is what my exercise schedual usually consists of:

I work out a body part a day, bi's one day, back another, chest another, ect. I will take one day off a week of weight lifting. I do about 6 days a week of cardio. My cardio usually consists of 30-45 min of low intensity cardio on a cross trainer. Every few days I will throw in a morning cardio session on an empty stomach.

My Eating habits are like this:

Meal 1: 1 sausage, 3 bacon
Meal 2: 3 whole grain bread slices, 3 LF cheese slices
Meal 3: 1 Chicken breast, 1 sausage, 2 Round sausage
- Workout -
Meal 4: OatMeal Mixed W/ Protien Powder and Water

I rarely drink anything other than water except for the occasional Coffee and glass of Milk. I know it is unwise to mix Fats W/ Carbs so I have : My carbs with my protien with low fat or no fat and : My Fats with my protiens. This is what I am starting to try. I use 2 Xenadrine EFX before my workout session also. I am 18, 5'6 and 176 LBS. If this whole scenario is lookin like a lost cause, hit me with the hard facts. I work usually from about 9am - 4pm Mon to Friday but always find time for the gym.

Feed Back is Appreciated. I'm not wanting to lose muscle, but if I'm not going to be able to gain muscle while doin this, thats ok.

You're not eating enought, I'd suggest keep cals at least at a 2000cal level:

I should also add, my protein is not 100% protien, it has 24g of protein and 12g of carbs in it, is this gonna hurt me a whole lot? also can u tell me the importance of flax oil, i dont have any so i'm probably gonna have to run to the store and get some. This diet seems fairly low budget so i should have no problem sticking to it

The protein is ok, but I would suggest you get low-carb powder that has minimal/no carbs. www.proteinfactory.com
If money is a problem, than stick to the carb protein.....

Flaxseed oil is full of EFAs (essential fatty acids)- by it's name you can tell it good already. EFAs are needed for proper fat metabolization and release, while they keep you healthy at the same time.
