I have dealt with a few of the mods, and am developing semi-regular relationships with a couple of them. When certain mods get to know you, and let you in on their personal sources, you know you're getting a good deal. But there will always be rumors regarding unethical mods, mods who are sources, and just plain assholes. Some of these rumors may even be factual. Rule of thumb, if you've never seen a mod post EVER, don't waste your time trying to contact them.
