G’Day fellow gym rats

Longtime forums lurker first time logger.
But I am keen to grow and learn more and more each day.

Been seriously training for about 5 years, currently running a push, pull and legs split with a fortnight session focused on deadlift progression.

Weight has been slowly coming down, currently down a total of 34kg over 18 months and am keen to continue down to double digits.

WEIGHT: 106kg

HEIGHT: 5”9

DIET: Currently being adjusted will update.

STACK: 125mg Test E daily pin ( Supplied by the legends at @Southern Cross Labs )
KLOW: 2.5mg GHKCU
GH: 3iu a night
Reta: 6mg a week (split dose to manage sides)

ANCILLARIES: 5mg Cialis daily, TUDCA/NAC blend, 2g fish oil, multi vitamin, vit d.

FUTURE STACK: continue to push test until sides appear, bump up GH and dabble in a secondary compound as an addition or control sides. Inj carnitine on the cards too.

TRAINING GOALS: 250kg deadlift (225kg pb), see my abs for once in my life and I’d like my wife to look at me with the same face from the Sabrina Carpenter meme. Likely upping Test to 175mg after next lot of bloodwork.
