Trouble with EF Email

Recently cleared the cookies off my computer and made a couple other system cfhanges, and I can't get into EF email anymore. I type in my user name, the screen appears with the message "loading hush encryption engine" which just continues with its dancing diagonals, but the engine never loads and the password dialogue box never appears.

I've tried the other option, to run hush without loading it onto your harddrive -- but same thing happens.

Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

BTW it's not a question of allowing the engine several minutes to load. I waited thirty minutes and still nothing.

And voila! SUddenly it's working again. Maybe the server was down for a while? Who knows! But I'm glad it's up again.
