trouble growing wings

Hi second post,

I was told I didn't give any info about myself last time so here's some info before my question. I'm 6'1 220lbs/ bf% not sure, I used a calculator online and it said 18%.

Not looking to get massive like Coleman or those guys I'm looking to be more like Draper big and cut, but at around 200lbs. 250 or 300lbs I don't think my joints can handle that!

Anyway on to my question I'm having a hard time getting my lats to grow I mean my back is strong and all I just can't get the flare out .

Am'I doing to many excersises to hit the middle and not enough to hit the outside. Should I concentrate more on pull downs, chin ups and stop doing heavy rows for a bit? Any help would be welcomed!

try weighted chins with your hands about 4 in past shoulder width that should be far enough without hitting your rear delts too much

I dunno if it's true or not, but I read one time that one of the reasons Franco Columbu had the wing like lats that he had was because of his deadlifts. I think he probably did a lot of chin-ups though.

use a lat mchine and use under hand grip as opposed to over hand grip, sort of a chin up while sitting. i use this technique and my lats are sore for days afterwards

do heavy barbell rows and wide-grip pullups. Stay in the 4-6 rep range on these and increase the wieght every week.

Then one day you'll do a front lat spread in the mirror and the wings will come out of nowhere.

Also, EAT!!! EAT damnit!!!
