i did the first day on the program, its fucking hard!!!

it calls for 6x3, with 80% of your 1RM, 60 sec rest in between sets, and some super sets... so:

squats
chins

benchpress
sitff legg dead/romanian dead

calves

heavy abs

shrugs - i threw in there...

the idea is heavy weights, high intensity, and high frequency,

day 2 and 3 are different. day 2 is high reps, day 3 is speed work.

but still, today was insanse, after i got done with the deads i was fried. kind of outta breath. you guys should give it a try, im doin 3 weeks, then swithing to another work out

o i am, im doin this for 3-4 weeks, then switching to the waterbury, then to a wave loading program, then to a 5x5 work out.. im running each for 3-4 weeks.

5x5 isnt the only work out were you set pr's. you should be reaching new weights all the time, no matter what work out. if not, the workout sux.

i like 5x5, but its not the only thing out there, im just trying to bring new routines to the site. i ran 5x5 for 2 cycles, it got kind of boring, and there wasnt speed work and such.

ive noticed that starting a routine with 80% (instead of 60%) of your max suits me for a 3-6 rep range. once ive ran that for 3-4 weeks, i like to deload with speed work, or endurace training. hopfully my total max will be higher by then (if im not injured) and i increase the weight.
 
day 2 of TTT - endurance - 2x24 - 90 seconds rest between super sets

i warmed up my delts and back with face pulls with the bands, rotator cuff movements, and a D1 pattern i just learned a few days ago.

seated dumbbell press - 40 pound dumbbells
lunge - bw

dips - bw
upright rows - bar

bb curl - bar
side raises - 15 pounds

-------------------------------------------

neck work - head strap - 20 pounds - 3x12

grip work - 3 inch pinch grips - 25 pounds - 2x40 seconds

ab work - incline sit ups with ball overhead - 3x8

i felt tired, my heart rate was up during all the super sets, and it took about 45 mins.

speed day is on friday
