i dont have a problem with you because i could care less who does what exercise and if people belive that working their upper chest is worth its while then they should do it. it would suck if everyone was the guru that i am, because then i would have no advantage in my training. i do think it is gay that you pots pics of your bare ass, that is something only girls should do.

Well actually I think you should blame his wife.

Needsize posted the pic to get feedback on his back development. The fact that his butt was in the picture was purely incidental. But plenty of the members did notice it - which is quite understandable.

As for the upper chest debate, my upper pecs filled out fantastically when I started to do a compound movement combining flies with incline bench presses. Maybe there is some other reason why this happened, but in any case, my upper chest did gain ground relative to the rest of my pectorals at the same time as I started to focus on incline chest exercises.

If you look at my avatar you'll see an example of the kind of lagging upper pectoral development I am talking about.
