Tried some higher security settings...lost internet access

I reinstalled Windows because my internet connection was hogging all my computer resources while continually reading my hard drive.

I went for the highest security settings.

And lost my internet access along the way.


Guys like me need three computers with three accounts so one of them will always work.

Security leaks are the bane of my existince. I feel like people are poking around in my dresser and stuff.

Tried to waterproof Windows. Its like waterproofing a screen door I think.
