Insulin is the best thing to go with juice. Taken 3 times in 2-3 week bursts in cycles. Always gain 10lbs in first week. No excess strength to speak of which doesn't make much sense. But increased appetite and size. Gains I have always kept. If you take Post take 2iu per 10kgs. Carbs a must and creatine(30 grams a day).

thanx 4 the info, flotown.
marshall, yea i got a m8 who seas it dose f,u,c,k all 4 him as well dnt understand it, then i know some one who thinks they put a bout 10 lbs in 2 weeks, crazy shit!!

you thinkin of using it or something. It can be dangerous. This is important for anyone who is thinking of using it
Do lots of research or it will kill you!!!!

So, basically you're saying to take 20+ iu's PWO if I weigh like 230-240???

Yep. You can also split up and inject 2iu's per meal. This takes away almost all chance of going hypo. But I found it to be less effective. Also many believe it can be used PRW. But I didn't like this because you have to eat lot of carbs before gym. I would feel to full and if I did not eat enough I would feel weak. Some people even use during cut. Inject 2iu's per 10kg(22lbs) first thing in morning and go do cardio. This puts body in ketosis. I believe this to be the most dangerous method because you are making yourself hypo. You have to know exactly when to eat so you don't go into diabetic koma. Never tried this way.

You have to be very, very careful. Trust me, my dad is a diabetic and if you go into hypo you will die, no joke, insulin is not to be taken lightly. I have tried it. I started at 2 IUs a day and worked up to 12 IUs per day. I took it three days a week on high carb days. I took the does all at once in the mornig because you don't want to take it and go to sleep because if you go hypo you will not know it and you could die in your sleep. I took mine in the morning after working out. Best time to take it is post workout so I had to train in the morning instead of evening cause I didn't want to go to sleep for 8 hours after taking it to be safe since that is how long it is active. I ate protein and carbs with little or zero fat. Meal 1 with shot, meal 2 30 minutes later, meal 3 and so on every two hours. It packed the weight on me and I looked full but not as hard as usual. I kept an eye on my blood sugar with a meter I got from my dad and I was ok. Basically I was eating a lot of carbs to offset the slin so I kept my blood sugar in normal range. If you are not going pro or real serious you would be better off just upping your test does 250-500 more a week. The risk to benefit is not worth it and I know most people are not dedicated and diseplined enough to follow take it correctly.

The only kind of insulin you should take are humalog or humalin-R. Humalog lasts 2 hours with intial peak and a 2nd one at 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Humalin-R lasts 4 hours with intial peak and one at 2 to 2 1/2 hours. These are the only kinds you should you use. If your insulin lasted 8 hours it was either humalin-N or Humalin-U and impressed that you didn't die. These create several spikes and are very difficult to manage. Never take these. But your right don't take within 4 hours of bed.

If you go hypo it does not mean you will die. that is a scare tactic people people have used to convice others to not use insulin. Diebetics go hypo everyday. Every morning you wake up you are most likely hypo. Hypoglycemic means blood sugar is below normal levels anything below 80. Rarly will someone go into dieabtic koma if blood sugar is not below 40. More likely to most around 20. You have to know your individual limits before using insulin. I understand your dad is diabetic but you need to do more then take advice from him. I work on ambulance everyday I've seen it at its worst. I've seen young 17 year old die to get big. Please do not go into using insulin with false knowledge that is how people die.

It's a crazy thing to do. Is gaining size worth risking your life? Insulin in the hands of a bodybuilder is Russian Roullette with 5 bullets in the revolver. Stick to the juice. Stay away from insulin and add T-3 and T-4 to that list of things not to bother fucking with.

I would suggest much less. I am 220 and have very high sensitivity. I can use 8-10iu and have an incredible effect, e.g. sweating, extreme hunger.

Def need to take in a lot of creatine, bcaa's, carbs, protein, vitamins.

It is potentially very dangerous. You just need to have plenty of carbs on hand at all times. Juice, glucose tabs, et c. What happens if you do it after your workout and are driving home and you get a flat tire? Or what if you drop your glucose tabs in the toilet by accident? You have to have carbs on hand at all times. This is serious.

Very true. You should always start low and work dose up. Find the dose that works for you.

flotown "you thinkin of using it or something. It can be dangerous. This is important for anyone who is thinking of using it" yea but not yet, still have a lot of reserch 2 do still, and would like a few cycle's more experiance.

2-3iu's on my off days (around 2 days weekly. Usually Wednesday and Saturday) to load up my muscles full of nutrition to get them nice and full to heal, I do that maybe twice a day. I don't do it often, maybe twice a year for 4 weeks a pop. No more needed than that for me. It's been a while though. Reminds me, I have to try it again.

For post workout, if you are going to go this route, stick with igf1. At least for me, because after intense training I can't eat often and with slin that would be a big no no!

Just be careful and read as much as you can and do what works for *you*. Good luck with whatever you choose to do. :)

stick with igf....similar yet better effects

That is a matter of a opinion. If you look at the facts one of reasons igf is effective is its ability to boost GH. In turn GH is considered to be good because of its ability to boost insulin. Although igf is the main reason gh is so anobolic. Although insulin is not as anobolic has shown to help roids bind to the AR in a huge way. If I was looking for something to run with just test as "basically" another roid igh of coarse. In the case I already have a great cycle laid out which could include igh if I add insulin it will increase my gains on average by 20-25%. Not bad for the price.
