hi im a newly registered member here i was a member over at the farm and tridedia for just aound 3 months or so strange that the boards were great especially the farm for info and questions related to cycles ect i think i read for around three day straight anyway when the farm went in the shitter and then closely followed by tridedia which now i cant even veiw posts since the moderator or whoever was in charge there which changes daily now seems to have set a password i just wanted to inroduce myself and say that this forum looks good respected reminicent of what i fist thought was so greatly done over at the aforementioned boards so just saying hello and keep things up over here dont let a shit storm rain down like it has to others thanks for your time yours truly, body building informational junkie

yes i see what you mean ive been reading ive seen several threas so far dealing with the triedia and farm downfall a damn shame but tons of info here as well
