tricky Question needed to be answered!

Ok, I am just starting a test only cycle (which is all I run now) and I am concerned at prostate problems if I run a lot of cycles in the future. What is the best things I can take with the test prop to take care of any prostate problems. I know that its the DHT and estrogen that messes with the prostate and not the test itself but what is a 5-alpha reductase inhibitor?
If I run test prop (700mg a wk) with some adex and a 5-alpha inhibitor will this be good?
Also, if I choose not to run test at all and run some compounds that dont aromitise, what can I go for that`ll give me good results?

Not sure about the entire question. But I take a prostate pill that
contains Saw Palmeeto Berries extract,Beta-sitosterols,Pygeum
bark powder and Lycopene. Hope this helps as no else has given
you any help!
