I have gained satisfactory muscle mass in my arms and shoulders... Now I'm looking to get optimal definition. Anyone knows exercises that can help for that purpose? THANKS ALREADY!
 
Squats and Milk....just for Suaveone...lol

PIlates is for girls. Try extreme yoga, or Krav Maga. Also, bowflex is sweet.

Or you could watch your diet and do higher rep isolation work.
 
For optimal definition, 2 days a week you need to do 15 sets of 10 reps of underhand cable crossovers, you should be ripped to the bone just in your shoulders in a matter of weeks.
