tricep workout

i cant get my arms to grow. my bis are doing fine but my tris are makin no progress whats a good tri workout/training split to bring them up
 
I have had tremendous success training hard-gainers with the following: Skull crushers 4 x 6-8; Tricep push downs 4 x 6-8; Body weight dips 3 x max reps; isolated french curls 3 x 10. I have them do this twice a week, same day with Pecs if possible.
 
I think the isolations are basically just for the feel and pump. Stick with your heavy presses, those are what will get those tri's big, no need for too much direct work. I do close grip BP and thats all they need, dips are also good.
 
simple:

do Triceps after Chest as they are already pre fatigued

do them with moderate weight but really focus on contraction
 
Unlike bi's, tri's are mostly fast twitch muscle. For them you need to go heavy.

Bar dips is the best overall triceps exercise but whatever you do you need to lift heavy. 3 or 4 sets of 8-10 with the weight that leads to failure on each set.
 
there's no set way 2 workout ur tri's heavy til failure, fast or slow motion, best thing 2 do is switch it up and keep confusing ur muscles

you bet bro,my all time favorite triceps exercise.that and close grip bench presses,dips,and tricep pushdowns.
