Click to expand... I always do. I lock them out as hard as possible and try to really squeeze the blood into the muscle. Feels like skipping lockout would only give partial development. JMO

P protobe New member Dec 21, 2003 #4 i always lock out i mean you don't really hurt from pulldowns so it only makes sense to get the most out of them.

Synpax Well-known member Dec 21, 2003 #7 I find sometimes with ropes it is difficult to lock out becuse the rope doesn'tstretch far enough for you to do so, regardless of the weight.
