Tricana vs. T3

I should have called this thread "can't find tricana but see some t3"
MY ? IS HOW EFECTIVE IS THE T3 IN CONTRAST TO TRICANA.TRICANA WORKED WELL FOR ME IN THE PAST BUT I CAN NO LONGER FIND.T3 IS EVERY WHERE,ANY INPUT WILL BE APPRECIATED.I AM 250LBS AND WAY TO MUCH B/F LIKE16% I AM KEEPING MY CARB AND FAT INTAKE LOW/PROT. ABOUT 800GRAMS/DAY.CARDIO 4 DAYS/WEEK.WILL BE STARTING CUT CYCLE I HAVE ANAVAR/EQ.I TRIED SOME FINA LAST SPRING IT KILLED MY KIDNEYS SO I QUIT TAKING IT.

OK, a little clarification needed. Is that 800 grams of protein/day? Are you sure about that? That's really high for protein alone.

Yes 800grams/day my training partner is a former Mr. Alabama he is HUGE and he says 3-5gramsper lb of body weight per day.soo 800 is what I am doing.

Yeah right. I ate 700g/day for a while and I swear my
excretions were half-protein. Too much protein.
MAX. is 3g/lb if taking anabolics like Deca/Ox.

Thanx to all who replied,I am going to cut back on the pro. for a while,not only is it hard to swallow so much in a day it is $$$$.
 
Protein, as well as fat and carb intake should be measured to support LEAN body mass, not total body weight. Find out your lean mass (according to your numbers, it would be in the ballpark of 210 lbs.) and build your diet around that. No matter how clean your diet, you will not loose fat if you are feeding it.
