Whats the general concensus on the effects of Tribulus? is it worth using as a supplement? Currently Im using Protien, Creatine and glutomine. I would like to lose some added weight, and gain some muscle. Im not looking to be huge, but I am looking for a fighters physique. Im 35 and a muay thai fighter. Im heading to Thailand in 3 days and toying with the idea of Stanzonol or something like that. I heard Tribulus is a good substitute or supplement. Can I get feedback on it - or alternatives plz?
One reason I am considering using is my Testerone levels are .2 over the minimum level for consideration of normal. so, Im on the low end cycle of testosterone, and I feel an energy loss, a bit tired, little chubby hehe. I went through all my req tests before I considered this avenue. No Diabetes, no High BP chloresterol is great, heart rate great, sugar levels great ( god knows how - I drink alot of coke lol )
Anyways, diet change in 3 days, dropping the pop, the junk food, working out on a regular scheduele again, and im sure alot fo that will help me get some nice weight loss and muscle gain, but im looking to turbo charge this for a fast response.
