Tribulus is a myth?

Trib will only raise your T to the highest possible level in your natural range. That is if it is a good product. I think there are a lot of trib products that have the supplemental value of encapsulated sawdust lol. Choose your brand wisely. Trib is not going to produce exogenous T like say...AAS or a DS. It is maybe a good supp if you are an older guy or have naturally low T. If that's the case you'd be better of with Derma imo. It works.

Unfortuantely don't think u can get derma in AUS.

I am going to get my test checked. I have reasons to believe it is low - (super low sex drive, and I went on propecia about 3 years ago, although have been off of it for 1.5 years now I think.)

What brand of trib are you using?

That is awesome if it is helping you. It would be even more awesome to get some doctor prescribed test(if you're into that sort of thing lol). I need to have my levels tested too. I know they are below normal for a 25 year old. It is just finding a Dr liberal enough to get on TRT at this age.

out of all the sups i used i had the best luck with tbomb. i took double the dose. i also took ephedrine at that time. i thought that combo was awesome until i ran some test.

Antonio J, Uelmen J, Rodriguez R, Earnest C.

Human Performance Laboratory, University of Nebraska, Kearney, NE 68849-3101, USA.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of the herbal preparation Tribulus terrestris (tribulus) on body composition and exercise performance in resistance-trained males. Fifteen subjects were randomly assigned to a placebo or tribulus (3.21 mg per kg body weight daily) group. Body weight, body composition, maximal strength, dietary intake, and mood states were determined before and after an 8-week exercise (periodized resistance training) and supplementation period. There were no changes in body weight, percentage fat, total body water, dietary intake, or mood states in either group. Muscle endurance (determined by the maximal number of repetitions at 100-200% of body weight) increased for the bench and leg press exercises in the placebo group (p <.05; bench press +/-28.4%, leg press +/-28.6%), while the tribulus group experienced an increase in leg press strength only (bench press +/-3.1%, not significant; leg press +/-28.6%, p <.05). Supplementation with tribulus does not enhance body composition or exercise performance in resistance-trained males.
