Tribulus, how much??

I got some Tribulus 625 caps to help with the ole libido. The directions say take 1 or 2 caps. How much do you all suggest? Theyre 625mg.

i have a shitload of the twinlabs version. i take 1200mg first thing in the morning when i take it.

and in a study i read in Ironman, they compared the sexual stimulation of tribulus as compared to test cyp, and the cyp was only slightly stronger. not bad shit.
