tribulus and esto suppress

Hi guys n gals, im thinking about taking Tanked and the stack comes with tribulus and esto suppress. My question is = at what point do i start taking tribulus and esto? During or after ive finished the 4wk course of TANKED?.

previously i took tbullets without a pct , this was bcoz i took them without doing any research whatsoever. Stupid i agree but this time i would like to know everything b4 having another go at pro hormones. Am i right in saying that i only take tribulus after finishing the 4wk course of TANKED? And the esto suppress is that to be tken ONLY if symptoms of gyno occur or do i take esto suppress anyway just incase.

As im a noob i expect critisism but we all have to start somewhere so any comments n info will be appreciated.
