cos i have the 250mg a capsule but dont dont how many to take
i just wanna see if they can help me gain a little as i cant use AS becasue of emmotional probs at the moment

anyway i heard some of you going on about this stuff before but the bottle says take 1 three times a day so i better tripple that lol

The product raises natural test levels. However, generally those with lower test levels benefit the most and the product is pretty much worthless until you get into 30's and 40's when your natural test production lowers. If your young, dont bother.

Fuck tribulus - this will gain you nothing. It's a scam. The Bulgarian company that produces it also is the author of the only papers on it... convenient and jammy heh? The company also paid some dodgy third rate Indonesian University to do studies also... no credibility. Tribulus is bullshit.. It may act as an aphrodisiac but like many aphrodisiacs - probably not from an increase in test but through reproductive inflammation (irritation of the uretha say, like Spanish Fly)...

I would bet its due to your age crimson. Trin isnt gonna raise your test levels beyond norm and when younger guys take it thier test levels are allready jacked, hence the waste of money. For us older guys, trib can be more beneficial and has been proven to raise our diminushed test levels to higher(yet still normal) levels. If your older and have the money go for it, if your a younger bro, spend your money on protien.

thanks everyone for the info its just because of my anxeity and stuff i have a phobia with AS now well basically i am scared to take anything incase it triggers it all off again so this was kind of a stepping stone then i was gonna try some dbol then some prop or something just slowly get back into it do anyof u guys no anything what can help me lose my fear?

I dont know what your fear is or what caused it, but nothing beats common sense, education and a well thought out plan. If your worried about sides, try a shorter cycle with short lived products so if anything goes wrong you can abort your cycle early and not have to worry about the long lasting effects of some esters like deca and eq.

Yeah Sassy I have several times. The problem with all Tribulus is that you need to take 2000mg spread thoughout the day for any real effect. So money is better spent elsewhere, may it be Viagra for sex drive or AS for muscular gains............
