I'm new here and looking for some help.
First a little about my self:
Hight: 186 cm
Wight: 91 kg
Bf: have not checked it in a wile. Raundbout 18%-19%
I have ben working out for 3 yers with strict diet and was at 9% bf.
Something happend and i had to work really mutch the last year and had no time to workout so mutch. So i wanted to start againe.
My first Cycle was 1 year ago.
Tren a with test e.
Tren a @ 100mg eod week 1-9
Test e @ 100mg e4d week 1-9
Nolva 20 week 9-13
Now i want to do tri-tren with test e.
1-12 Tri-tren @ 150 mg Mon and Thurs 300mg week.
1-12Test e @ 100 mg Mon and Thurs 200 mg week.
12-15 nolva 20mg or i'll take one if i notice gyn until the symptom is gone.
I have ben starting to work out for 5 moths ago againe.
I have allready startet in the tri-tren sycle btw.
