I have T'rex, L'rex, and seasapure.
I am looking to burn off about 30 lbs by March.
I do not want to eat pills all day long in excessive amount. I am fine if I take 3-6 3 times a day. But I dont want to eat 15 pills 3 times a day anymore.
How do you recommend me taking these supplements, least amount of pills and steady results?

250 lbs
22-26% bf (according to the machines and calculators online)
I try to do atleast 30 minutes of cardio 4 times weekly. Which I am stepping up to 45 minutes 4 times weekly minimum.
I weight train 2 days on, 1 day off, 2 days on, 1 day off. I am going to begin a 5x5 routine that worked great before.
