Why not EOD? Every week you have that 2 day period (Sat and Sun) where levels are going to be way out of wak come monday. To each his own I guess.

What if it's Test E or Cyp?

I would greatly disagree. I went from being 16% bf to 12% in 6 weeks using tren and not changing my diet except adding more protein. that was tren/prop 100mg each eod. Probably the best cycle I've ever had. Somewhere in the 25-30lb sway in total muscle added while loosing fat.
 
The only bad thing I can say about tren is it shuts you down hard. I'll start my cycle tomorrow and use hcg throughout at 500iu e3d to help. Last cycle it took 12 weeks to fully recover after a 6 week long cycle. I did a piss poor job following pct that I had originally set out. I told myself if I'm going to continue to cycle then I need to stay disciplined and not depend on the compounds but on my hard work.

Then its twice per week, but were not talking about test E or C here were talking about a substance that is needed ED or EOD

Do you think you could have lost more bodyfat in a longer cycle with a modified diet? like in the 8% region? I assume it greatly depends on the way your body works i.e everyones different. and was that possibly a gain of 25lbs of muscle? did i hear that right?
