Trenbolone acetate, Cypioneh, Equipoise. First cycle need advice

Hi everyone,

I'm new here and i liked what i saw so far in the forums and how everyone can help each other. I hope i can also help others when i can

My story is i started training for a year and half then i stoped for 2 years, Now im back to gym again and the Captain advised me to go for a cycle as it will help to grow my muscle fast and actually this is my first time i try to do that so he got for me Trenbolone acetate 100mg, Equipoise 250mg and testosterone cypionate 250mg.

I was very worried about the side effect but he told me my cycle is very low 1 month only and it will not effect me at all.

He mixed the trenbolone 1ml with testostrone 1ml and after 3 days i got the equipoise 1m. Also he told me to use medicine called Legalon 1 bill everyday to protect the liver.

He said when we finish we will do clean for you and i did not understand what does he mean with the clean?

Also does this will effect me so badly when im with my wife or any bad side effect?

Im 27 year old my wight is 95 high 190

I hope someone can give me more useful information

Tren is not good for a first cycle and one month is not long enough. Do you have a solid base? Doesn't seem you've been lifting very long? How about pct? Caber?

Overall it sounds like a really bad plan bro.

I started for a month and my body shape and muscles are there so he just told me about this cycle as he said its the best with low effects.

so its really not good idea to have them?

Should i stop?

Haha yeah dont do anymore and if your coach says we dont know what we're talking about then he really needs to do some research. No sleege against him though.

Sure i will stop it now, can i know what is the best for me to use for a first cycle?

anything new or maybe not to use the tren at all only?

Do you guys advise me to order RS Transaderm gel and use that?

Would it help without getting side effects or problems?

The best first cycle is test alone. Tren needs to be based with a test.
