Make sure to get lots of protein at least 2 GMs/LB/day and carbs around the same and fats around .5GMs/LB or less and you will be ripped to shreds and vascular as hell in no time at all. If you also run Clen and T-3 near your show or near the end of your cycle you will be very lean. I have found that 75mg Tren-A, EOD and Test-P 150mg/EOD and week 8-12 Winstrol oral 50mg/ED worked great! I did a 12 week cycle like this and the worst side I had was dark piss if I didn't drink enough water. Make sure to drink at least a gal or more of water/day.
I have used Tren thrice before with excellent results. If used to bulk with you can even get away without eating so clean as long as you keep the cals around at least 20 - 25/LB body weight and protein levels very high (see above). Be sure to use it with some kind of Test to avoid libido problems and you will make some of the best and fastest quality gains of size and strength you've ever experienced.
At 50ed you should be fine. I ran it at 100ed for about 2wks and gyno came fast and strong. I'd stick between 50-75ed max, but definitely not more than 50ed for a first run.markmark said:TREN.... will have to try it but so afraid of gyno issues.

As far as fat burning goes...Tren isn't a fat burner so much as it favors distribution of tissue in favor of lean mass provided and this is important there is sufficient protein is consumed (at least 2GMs/LB of bodyweight/Day).
Another interesting thing also about tren is it is the only AAS compound that I'm aware of that can actually build lean mass while on a calorie restricted diet, again provided there is a sufficient quantity of protein consumed.
