tren-your results?

adding tren into my next cycle. I read nothing but good things about trens effect on gains. curious to everyone else's results using tren. gains/sides, before and after stats, strength etc.
what do you think to tren?
 
Its gonna vary from person to person. For me, my strength goes through the roof and I get leaner even though I eat like a horse. It seems to have a thermogenic effect on fat. As a result your always hot as fuck. It could be 30 degrees outside and Im sweating. When I get done lifting its like I got out of the shower. You need to have caber if you plan on sleeping at all, the insomnia sucks without it. And definitely run n2guard the whole time as it skyrockets bp.

I love me some tren. On it right now just a low dose with test. Strength is nuts. I use prami for sides. Only sides for me is the night sweats. Either I go thru 3 shirts every night or 2 towels. Enjoy the ride!!

I hated it. Made me feel like shit, angry, the stuff is pretty nasty for some of us. If taken incorrectly can mess up your hormones for many months.
You should get a blood test before you start messing with this stuff, its pretty serious.
 
On it now 50 mg ED, only side is agression. I use Prami and small dose of T3 for prolactin control. Strength is awesome. Replacing fat for muscle. 230 lbs 5'9 28 yo.

Yesterday I Squated 205x10, 235x10, 255x10, 275x10, 315x10 with 5 min rest in between.

On it now 50 mg ED, only side is agression. I use Prami and small dose of T3 for prolactin control. Strength is awesome. Replacing fat for muscle. 230 lbs 5'9 28 yo.

Yesterday I Squated 205x10, 235x10, 255x10, 275x10, 315x10 with 5 min rest in between.

Try doing sets of 20 and only rest 2-3 min max between lifts.
Spending 25 min resting around the squat rack isn't going to make any friends at my gym.
Good luck and seriously try doing 20 reps 5 sets for legs on 4 lifts, if you want solid valscular thighs.
 
Dont need gym friends and I rest as long as I need. Besides training in an empty gym makes no difference how long I take. Done sets of 30 and yes good stuff but one movement is all i need.

That is not really a leg workout to brag about.........

I just switched everything to 20 reps. All the little faggots half my size in my gym look at me fucked up cause I'm using 2/3 the weight they are.

5'9" 230 is pretty fucking jacked if your bodyfat is under control. You should post a pic or two.

Dude... Youre 230 lbs and squatting 315 X10 with a huge rest time is not impressive... Not to mention youre also on tren... I squat that except I do supersets of squat and leg curls with practically no rest and yes I go ass to the grass. You really need to build those legs because im only 185 lbs and completely natty right now...

Its not about needing friends. That really wasn't my point.
My point was I was trying to help you with good information and not point out how weak you are.

However, I frankly agree with everyone else that says your lifts are weak.

You really shouldn't be running any gear until you get in better shape.

Why don't you post some pics?

My results from tren? bigger, stronger, more insomnia, a bit crazier but I still loved it. There's some dude in my gym that hogs the squat rack for an hour. I have to restrain from killing him. after he's done he walks around for a while acting like he just won the olympics. 60 plus minutes, just squats every few minutes, he never goes above 315. I see him talk more than lift. I would love to waterboard the moron.

I'd blast brainacid for his post but honestly, anyone who squats and does it correctly has more respect from me that ur usual run of the mil idiolt who flys around the gym thinking jane fonda and p90x are the way to do things,leaving all his weights on the bar and never messing up his hair in the process. "hey phil, I'm working my core everyday! after this, lets grab a wine spritzer and call in to get our 80's monster ballads marathon playing."

3-5 sets of 20 on each movement. Chest, back, legs whatever. It's a motherfucker. I feel like a fag with some of the weights I'm using but my muscles are growing. I cut all the weight after 6 weeks of pt(from a pro who knows bodybuilding) for forearm, shoulder impingement ect...big mess. Trying to rebuild my base and slowly break everything in.
Multiple sets of 20 is a lot harder than it sounds.
 
Wasnt trying to impress just sharing. Its all relative...you guys are weak if compared to someone else. I know Im weak for my weight, but to me that leg workout is an accomplishment. I agree I could of build a better base natty but I decided to run gear for asthetic reasons.

I'm so glad my legs are genetically huge and beautifuly shaped and that I barely have to stimulate them at all to get them to grow or look good.

Even a little stimulation with light weights makes mine grow and look good. I don't lift heavy with legs for two reasons 1) I have a torn acl and 2) I don't need to.
 
Wait ur 5'9" and 230 but your legs are 27" around. Im 6'2" 205 and mine are 25" and im not on anything right now. Something is off. And if you only do squats the hamstring protion of your leg or back of your leg mist not be very developed. Mostly quad is big. But still you have 25 pounds on me and you only got 2" on leg measurements. Hmmm.

Np about strength bro. You posted a pic and you look pretty damn good. Keep up the hard work. As you get older weight means less and less and keeping off the fat is a bitch.
Really though try the 20 reps x 4 sets x 5 lifts. 2-3 min. You will be blown away by how pumped your legs are.
