I was literally using no other supplements, ex. Protein, creatine ect.
I ordered a bunch of Transformed SD. It got here and I was too tempted to wait lol
I ran the first week on 10mgs/day, then for 3 days of the next week I ran it at 20mgs but had to stop for unrelated reasons.
In those 10 days I gained 15 pounds. I didn't really run that special or big of a pct due to shortness of cycle, but and the end of week 2 I was up 20 pounds.
I just got back on, and at this pace, I honestly expect to be up 30 pounds by week 3.
Diet was what you would call... Horrible. Basically a lot of cereal and too little protein. But hey, I'm not complaining.
The only thing I did change was drink ALOT more water, and eat/take in more cals.
I didn't lose anything.
I believe the reason why is my walk around weight when doing minimal-usual exercise is 205. I couldn't do anything but a few push ups here and there during winter semester, and went down to 190 mayybee 195. I hopped on that and in 10 days it bumped me up to 210 with no bf% increase.
