Tren / Test Question

Hi, I'm 5'9 180lbs 27 years old, and thinking about doing another cycle of tren and test. ive done a 12 week cycle (4 bottles each) and had some considerable gains but at the same time got fat.

Will i see any gains if a i tren 3x a week for 6 weeks and test 1x a week for 10 weeks? 1cc each

Or do I need to run it longer? ej 10-12 weeks?
 
whats the concentration? test prop? tren ace?
what do you have for pct?
what is your diet while ON?
 
sounds to me like you need to learn how to eat properly...5'9 and fat at 180 pounds is not the best condition... and how did you get fat on tren? im bulking with tren and still dont get fat
 
I totally agree with hayez. You should be able to get to 200lbs at 5'9" naturally with a super clean high protien diet, and a good routine in the gym.

Post up your diet in the diet section, and your training routine in weightlifting section so everyone can take a look at it. Be honest, if you want honest help.

Then come back if and when those are in line for some help with your cycle. It sound like you just need to eat better with your next cycle.
 
its tren ace. my diet on wasnt too good cause i was hungry ALL the time - i was basically eating anything and everything - pizza, cookoes, steak, chicken rice, everything. I lost the fat now - pretty cut up now (that was a year ago)

Just wanted to know in general if a 6 week cycle would be ineffective and if I should plan on going longer.

i would rune the TEST E at 500mg wk for 10 wks and the TREN ACE 75-100mg EOD for 6 wks.
 
STRICT diet 1st, then the cycle.

Test and tren is a great combo, but make sure your diet is on and then hit the sauce.

Like the vets asked, pot up what you're eating, that'll be a good starting point and we go from there....
 
That doesn't look like a bad cycle, but I would have to agree with everyone else. Your diet is the key to growth, its actually the most important part in bodybuilding. I would honestly suggest trying to get to at least 190lbs before going on. The only reason I do is that it will make you use to eating a lot more food and will help you be more disciplined while on.

Tren is amazing. I am bulking at the moment and not eating particularly clean, and am just getting harder and larger and more vascular. Amazing stuff. Well, not just tren though.

Test E: 800mg EW
Tren E: 600mg EW
Mast E: 500mg EW
Dianabol 50mg ED
Arimidex. .5 mg ED while on D-bol and EOD when off.
T-4 200mcg ED.

yup!! im bloated by time i sleep im my stomach from all the food..but wake up leaner every morning,,
test deca tren im doing now...so far so good
