tren/test prop on my first cycle?? Good or bad choise?

Everyone on this thread has been right on. Diet down, Bro. Do research and keep your first cycle simple with Test only. When I was 23 I didn't need juice. I just worked out and ate properly. You're the same except you want a shortcut.
 
Terrible choice for a first cycle, terrible macro break down, even worst pct, Jusst dont do it... Im not even gonna tell you the right way because you dont need to run tren....
 
What about test prop/ d-bol ? What needed here? Can some post beginner cycle here with all other stuff that I need, that cycle is 110% max safe? Any good books maybe?

Test Prop/Dbol is pretty solid. You can replace prop with enanthate since it's your first cycle so it will be less pins.

But I still strongly believe in cutting down bodyfat more so that when you hit the shit, you see the muscles grow and your body gets better in the mirror, not just the scale. I'd get some arimidex on hand for that cycle and run it at a small dose. HCG on cycle, clomid and a natural test booster for PCT. I didn't use any PCT after my first 2 small cycles and I was fine because I was young but clomid or at least a natty booster always helps. And I feel you on wanting to catch up and surpass friends. But this is long term. Do things right so you can surpass them and keep on growing. I started out at 178lbs 9% bodyfat. I am now 255lbs 11% bodyfat. I never worried about what other people were doing and I wound up blowing them all away in gains by doing things right.
 
Alright first thing.... I'm an endomorph as well but I'm currently sitting at 193 12%bf and I'm 23YOA.
Everyone is different but believe me when I tell you that you need to be taking in about 35-50 grams of sugar a day and the rest of your carbs complex. I would recommend you do most of your simple carb/sugar intake upon breakfast, pre & post workout. Your carb intake total should be around 230-250 daily. And burning least 500 calories daily cardio.
Your protein intake is a little high also which will be very hard to accomplish if your trying to cut and are eating a 2200 calorie diet....

About your prop and D-Bol....
Tren and prop will put lean mass on you and is usually used as a cutting cycle. So when you say you want to use d-Bol that is completely opposite and is used for bulking at a fast rate.. With your bf percentage you will not be happy with d-Bol whatsoever..

Might want to look at using test enanthate as test prop will cost you more... Do your homework and know that no cycle is complete and ready to begin until you have all you need..
PCT needs to be better! Look at the supp called Post Cycle as well as Unleashed.. Sold @ protein factory
 
Oh and just a suggestion. Before I started my first cycle, I used low calorie, low carb, low fat, high protein diet along with the ECA stack and cardio to cut bodyfat. Yes, I looked small. But I was lean and when I hit AAS I got big and stayed lean. Gives the illusion you are much bigger than you really are. That's what bodybuilders want. Don't worry about the scale.
 
I want to start firs cycle on bulking..so possibly in about 3 months (I'll post pics, diet plan and cycle plan). But for now cutting only naturaly with eca stack on low carb days...meanwhile researching a lot about my bulking cycle. Thanks to you all, now I've seen, that my knowledge is poor. Hope you'll remember me in next thread..but then I'm definitely starting to grow.
