Tren/Test first cycle

First time using steroids, work out regularily, four to five days a week, but not happy with natural results. Took winstrol last year loved it, but didnt really grow to much, want to grow lean muscle. Thinking of starting off my steroid life with a testiosterone, trenbolone cycle. How much of each should i be doing, and for how long? Some people on this site in other threads say I shouldnt mess with tren for my first time, why is that, is it dangerous?
 
Steroids can have a lot of side effects that are brutal. Not necessairly life threatening but REALLY bad nevertheless. You DEFINITELY should not be taking tren your first time out. Even if you were going to, the way to do it would be to run it to finish a cycle after you already knew how you handled test. Most importantly, you don't need tren your first real cycle, all you need is a good dose of test.

500mg/week for 12 weeks is a good first cycle.
1ml liquidex a day

will this build lean muscle or will I end up being bloated in appearance, but bigger...can i end the cycle with winstrol if i want to cut

How you eat will determine what you gain...you eat a clean bulking diet (oatmeal, yams, fish, chicken, steak) you'll gain lean mass, if you eat whatever you'll gain overall mass.

I would forget the winny I thought it was overrated, didn't even feel it and I had legit gear for sure.

would u reccomend fermera as an anti estrogen to stay away from the breats, as well as the acne?
