About 1.5 - 2 weeks you should be back to normal. I found that my cardio was hindered a bit, but after running about 3 miles or so it seemed to let up. I know you prolly aren't a distance guy, but that's how it was for me. I've read all the hypotheses on why it hurts cardio, but possibly your energy systems or whatever compensate after a certain amount of time. After the "weight" seemed to lift, I would feel STRONG the rest of my runs. No doubt about it...that shit gives you some fucking intesity!
