Thats cool to see that other people like to run halo right up to contest time. I was beginning to think that I was the only one who liked to use halo for a show. I would personally keep the dosage of the fina the same and cut it on Tuesday.

halo is some good stuff for contest time.....40 mg ed the last week including the morning of the show for me.....

Couldnt agree more, except I run it about the last 3-4 weeks at that dosage.

yep....I actually pyramid it up to 40 the last week....20, 20, 30, then 40.....

for the last few weeks I was taking 100 mg drol, and the winny was mostly at 100 ed but went up to 300 for a few days leading up to showtime....lets see....was also on T3, fina, and EQ....the oils stopped tues before the show....I think thats it.....

that is a lot of orals but the duration was short so it isn't that bad. Did you take the drol up until the day before the show? I would be concerned with water retention but I know some competitors do this. Did you inject the winstrol until the day before the show? I'm asking about the winstrol because I had planned on injecting until the day before the show but I don't want to risk any lumps. I might just hit it in the glutes where the judges couldn't see anyway. - cbeaks

I was on drol for about 7 weeks and the halo for the last 4....towards the end I injected most of the winny and drank some....didn't have a problem with lumps as I used mostly my rear delts....It was not a good cycle for the ol' liver but I was shredded....this was my first show and my good friend who competes nationally set everything up for me....people couldn't beleive what I looked like for my first contest....when is your show?

My show is June 7 (less than 2 weeks). The guy that is helping me prepare says I am already ready for the show when he saw me at 3 weeks out. I just need to drop some water the last week and hold on to my muscle. It is a national qualifier and I placed 3rd last year as an open heavyweight in the same show. This year I added 10-12 pounds of muscle and should come in hard as a rock. Thanks for all of your help gilly. - cbeaks
