The only way to get your endurance back up is to get off the trenbolone. I had to get off the trenbolone two months before a PT test and without Equipoise - boldenone undecylenate - to increase endurance I was working hard as fuck. Runniing every day on top of my lifting. Tren kills endurance period. The strength and gains are outta this world but endurance is what you sacrifice. I threw in Equipoise - boldenone undecylenate - and extended my test cycle. Hit up some HCG for a week in the cycle since I extended that way it was easier to recover then when I was done hit up more HCG. That way I used up my trenbolone and did not waste it.
