Tren, in my opinion, is the game changer. It will make or break you. As long as you are training and dieting 100%, if you take tren you will achieve that sought after bodybuilder physique. Downsides could be rage, depression, insomnia, acne, gyno, hair problems, coughing, and insane sweating. Some people are fine with it. Other people can't last more than 2 weeks. If you are just dabbling in anabolics or if you are still refining your workouts and diets, don't even think about Tren. Save it for much later on. Otherwise it will break you.
