tren effect on endurance

I am 24 years of age 6'1 237 lbs. BF% 15. Been trainging for 10 years

My Goals are:
1. Lower Body Fat%
2. Gain Strength without much weight gain or if any.

I know alot people say diet is everything. My diet is pretty good. I make sure I eat clean.

Example of diet in day.
Breakfast 6am to 8am 1 cup oatmeal, 2 boil eggs, 2 turkey sauges, protien shake, banana
Brunch 9am to 11am tuna sandwich, apple or nuts or berries,
lunch 12 to 2pm some type of fish usually talipa or salmon or 2 chicken breast, baked sweet potato, cup of broccoli
Mid snack sames as brunch
Dinner same Lunch
10 pm. casien protein shake at bed
yes I am taking protein shake right after I workout
Not my first cycle.

A guy suggested to me to do a cycle of test cyp and tren cycle. I have been researching for a about 5 months now. Im in a competition that requires strength and endurance. Alot of people on the forums say stay away from tren if you need any type of endurance. Ive heard people say that many people who endurance are effected use to much tren.

My question if i did a cycle of tren at low dosage and test cyp. Do you have a recommended dosage that would be effective enough to accomplish my goals in strength Bf% lose, without endurance loss.
 
Any effective amount of tren is gonna be enough to hurt ur endurance and your cardiovascular ability. If you are committed to this endurance event then don't do tren. You'll be out of breath just doing moderate cardio on a stationary bike.
 
If you want to loose body fat % might want to look into GW501516....not only will you loose body fat but it will give you a big boost in your endurance.
 
I'm doing 200mg of tren currently and I do 2-3 miles/day either on trails or treadmill. Yesterday I did 3 miles at 10% grade with no problem. I'm currently training for an endurance event as well (2012 NorCal Tough Mudder).
 
do a lot of hiking and walking.. 2-3 miles on rough terrain.. and i'm on tren. i would say it definately effects your endurance.. the main problem is the de-hydration you will get on it especially when you wake up. so you better stay very hydrated or you will be in trouble

if i do cardio later in the day i feel much better.. the mornings are tough because i get hot at night and wake up thirsty. on tren i seem to get hotter as the night goes on even if i drop the A/C. its a thermogenic AAS. you could try a cool/cold shower when you get up to lower your body temperature, that will help with your cardio.

also support supps like n2guard are a must
 
the competition consist of short repeated burst of stamina. 5 to 6 seconds at maximum effort. about 50 to 80 times
 
If not tren would someone advise me on maybe what I should think about trying? Like I said I need to be as strong as possible, with minimal to no weight gain and have endurance to run for short intervals 5 to 6 seconds at a time, 50 to 80 times at max effort. Through research Ive looked at equipose for the endurance but dont know how it will effect my strength gains and bf% loss. Thanks for everyones input and advice yall been very helpful so far.
 
Stevesmi what would you change about the diet. Its a diet someone suggest i try. I do eat brown rice and pasta for dinner and lunch just wanted to add that, left it out.

Using Anavar would help you get lean and affect u less. The issue I get with var is pretty large pumps if I'm doing cardio but if its lots of short burst then u may be ok with var.

ok. preciate. Would you suggest do a anavar cycle with test? If so what test complements anavar the best? did a anavar only cycle once. I did get pretty good strength gains from it. Just wondering with the added test will see the real affects anavar can have on your strength. what type of strength gains would you get from equipose, from a weight to power ratio? dont want weight just strength. Preciate it Oxymorone you have been most helpful.
