Haha I actually ate like shot these last couple days but I'm back on it now.. I don't really count cals or anything but every morning I wake up and have 5 eggs 4 with yoke and a little cheese for flavor and a bowl of non flavored oatmeal with a little honey and peanut butter for flavor
then I meal prep one has chicken veggies and a piece of a yam and the other has 2 cups of ground turkey with a little taco seasoning and a half cup of brown rice then of corse my after workout protein shake and either a protein bar or another protein shake mid day some times I'll snack on unsalted mixed nuts and then for dinner I usually try and keep it to meat and veggies. Pretty simple, when I only eat that and don't cheat I get pretty lean. I want to start being stricter and do the macro count but that shit takes to much time
