In winter bulk up*
Yeah hahaha I've set up a pretty sick diet plan, hopefully I stay pretty shredded. Gunna cycle carbs/calories according to daily activity. Having my last day of free eating today to spark my metabolism to be ready for the increase of cals, then it's eat big but eat clean from here on out (with the odd pizza here and there Bahaha)
I already had drol placebo for legs this morning, was repping 315 on the squats for 12 deep like nothing


Gunna go hammer arms soon before my tater tots and chicken nuggets dinner lolllll inner fat child comin out to play today, found a new kiddie cereal batman special edition caramel crunch... Hammered back like 2/3 of the box already wit fat free yogurt... Gunna have an unreal pump!
Kind of wish I'd times my cut better so I could be peeled as fuck for summer but in all honesty I could care less... A whole year of bulking from now with a couple in between mini month cuts and next summer I'll be a shredded annnnnnimal
