is it okay to run these at the same time for a short period. they both work wonders for me, so id like to stack them together for no more than the first 2 weeks.

Don't know how good it is for you but I did it for 5 weeks and had no "none" side effects. Except for the fact that I was JACKED!! was doing 1 tab a day and 2cc everyother day. Some people say not to stack them together though.

Why would people say not to stack them together?

Because both drugs are believed to have progestagenic activity. It's the same reason people say deca and tren shouldn't be stacked together. But that's just theories, in practice these stacks do work nicely for many people, so I would suggest you just try it and see.
