tren diet

starting my next tren cycle but am wondering if i should stick to the low carb high protein diet? just up my protein and fats even more than now? i weigh 165 right now, am extremely lean and feel great. i want to stay with this general build but increase lean mass and strength. this will be my second go around with tren only last time i was bulking. id like to keep this lean look.
 
whats your current diet look like?

there is no tren diet.. its basically eating enough clean foods to add lean gains if ur gains are becoming to fast/fat add cardio...

but whats ur daily intake look like right now?

current diet:

meal 1: wake up, eca, 10 egg whites, amino acids

preworkout drink (3g creatine, 7g leucine, 15g carbs)

WORKOUT

meal 2: post workout drink (whey shake, amino acids, 10gm carbs)

meal 3: chicken breast, spinach/broccoli

meal 4: chicken breast, spinach

meal 5: chicken breast, spinach

meal 6: chicken breast, ANPB

meal 7: can of tuna/ or salmon

meal 8: 10 eggwhites, ANPB

-eating every hour and a half to 2 hours lately, supplementing aminos and flax or ANPB between meals, caffeine throughout the day as well and aspirin, also one day a week carb up with a sweet potato added to each meal.

should i increase protein and add more carbs for my cycle?
 
1) Eating every hour is not right i dont want to go in to absorption and digestion process

2) there are no carbs in your diet

3) protein looks fine

at your weight id peg you at 2500-3000 kcals

i would add carbs in meal 1 through 6 probally 45-50 per meal
 
You have very low amounts of carbs AND fats. That is a recipe for disaster.

Add this:

Meal 1 15 g carbs
Meal 2 60 more grams of carbs.
Meal 3 1tbs olive oil on top (14g fat)
Meal 4 handful almonds (1/4cup 20g fat)
Meal 5 10 grams fish oil caps (buy the Costco brand) (10g fat)
Meal 6 up it to two tbs ANPB (8g fat)
Meal 7 can of salmon no tuna (10g maybe)
Meal 8 6 egg whites 4 whole eggs no ANPB (20g or so fat)
