Tren advice please

I was thinking of doing a cycle of tren soon and needed some advice on how long to run it, what doeses, and what to run with it. My stats are:

5'10.5"
230lbs
Body fat a little high 20.5%
Age 27
About 3 cycles under my belt.

Goals are:

Lose body fat with gaining at least a little lean muscle weight. (I could care less about strength) Main goal is just to look more cut without losing too much muscle if any.

I have never had any experience with tren so any help would be greatly apriciated. Thanks for your help bros.
 
well, i'm kind of feelin u on the 20%, i'm at 21% 5'10".:( but anyway, if i were u, i would run some t3/clen/prop try to slim down a lil bit. throw in cardio a couple of times per week. i plan on bulking in october, and i refuse to bulk at 21%bf. so i'm gonna try and get down to about 12 at least, i'm gonna do the t3/clen/prop cycle, see how that goes, good luck bro
 
oh yeah, i just realized i didn't mention anything about tren. well, i don't have any experience w/ it, but i would slim down first, then run like prop/tren/winny, i'd say oral winny only cuz thats a lot of pokes, oh yeah, maybe some milk thistle and ala also

you're already going to poking everyday or every-other day. Just add all the contents into the same needle and shoot. Oral winny isn't as good as injecting it
 
You can run Tren pretty long it has very low tox. I have had no problems running it for 12 to 14 weeks. 150mg Eod so you dont become a pincushion. run some test prop with it, Winny rocks too, but with winny you do shots daily and mix them 1cc each, 1.5cc if you dont want to waist space in the plunger,hehehe.
