Your right. Thanks for the slap in the face, needed that. I have not done a cycle in a long while but getting one together now. I love the weightlifting not the pokes. Stats now are 5'8" 215 bf approx 15%. I will post before picks soon, need the help (and slaps in face) from the bros here.
 
Have ran both tren e and tren a. The only thing that sucked was the puffy nips from the tren e. I'm sticking to tren a for awhile cause last time I did tren e for 15 weeks and it was starting to make me irritable.
