Tren Ace/ Test Prop

Just wondering if my diet for a Tren ace/ Test prop cycle could be calorie deficient ? Meaning can you still get gains on the 2 while trying not to eat a lot. I know on the Test its hard not to eat with the increased appetite . But I've read so much about Trens fat burning abilities, was curious if that was on a calorie surplus diet or not. Also how much body fat is it actually known to shed ? Or is that depending on diet and cardio program ? How much cardio a week we looking at in order to get substantial gains while if possible to loose the fat. Just been reading all these conflicting , and different websites , thought I'd ask for specifics from people with experience. Thank you

More cals on juice will yield more mass. You will still get strong and lean on a cutting diet. Cardio on tren is rough. I would keep it low to moderate intensity.

You won't really gain much, but you WILL retain most of your muscle even when dieting insanely hard (atleast from my exp. with tren)

It's the only drug that can get you shredded in less than a month while being in a 30% deficit and doing 1h of cardio + 2h of heavy weights ED. On tren I become superman :D

Height : 5'11
Weight : 190-195
Current diet stats (per day) 339 g of carbs. 2390 g of calories (need more calls but don't want to gain fat) 234 g of protein. 57 g of fat
working out 6 days a week between weights and boxing
Day job consists of 12-14 hour days , 80% of which spent on my feet constantly moving and doing heavy manual labour (meaning lifting 10 lbs, 50 lbs and 100 lbs bags for hour or two on end some time)

Let me know what needs changing for my specifics please . Thanks
 
Also starting my stength and conditioning training today. So I'm very active all day expect when I'm sleeping when I get home lol

If this is the case you need more cals. If your burning all your cals up you qont have any left to grow.

Ok . I'm planning on dropping the Tren. I'm not advance enough for it from what I've been told, how should i modify my cycle ?
 
With your activity level (the boxing, cardio, etc) tren is just not a good fit. The poster that insinuated you get shreddded on tren in a month and can do an hour of cardio and 2 hours of weights, etc - that MAY be the case with him but that's not typical. You don't get shredded because you're taking tren. It has some fat burning effects (mostly because it causes you to run a bit hotter, hence the sweats) but it's not a miracle fat burner that causes a normal person to be shredded in 30 days. As for the hour of cardio and 2 hours weight training, I don't know how anybody can do that on tren - not to mention, if a person is hitting weights for 2 hours the're likely not going hard enough and hitting weights for 2 hours 7 days per week is just idiotic. One hour of weights is PLENTY! If you want the best combo for a calorie deficit diet, go with test (preferably prop) and primo. Nothing works better on a lowish cal diet like primo (if you can find it)

Lots of truth in that. Tren DOES get me shredded if I cut the cals and eat clean and do NO cardio...but if you're a boxer then this will be horrible for you. Tren makes me winded like nothing else. I sweat like crazy and have to take rests between my heavy sets. That is why you almost never hear of athletes using Tren.

Exactly! Tren is for looking great, not performoing great. I love it though.
 
Thanks a lot guys! Im gonna put aside the Tren, start the DBol/ Test Prop and find some Primo if possible. Should I stay DBol 30-50 mg Ed....test 100mg eod ??? I'm looking to add on size and if I need to stress the cardio twoards the end I will. Right I'm more concerned with adding muscle, stength. How's primo for endurance ? And what would my PCT for this look like ? Thanks alot guys, you saved me a lot of troubles!!!

Dbol at 50 mg a day is great for me, 30 will work but that extra 20 really shows through imo. You should run the prop at 150 eod or 75 mg day. At 100 eod thats only going to be 3-400 mg a week. Some do well on low doses but I stay between 5-700 a week of test. As for the primo 400 mg a week should be good. Alot of folks like winny, but its hell on your joints and thats something to consider with your active schedule.

Ok so I'll snag some primo and maybe some Winny. For arguments sake should I be adding a longer acting ester Test to accompany to longer acting Primo ? Or will the gains I earned early stay fine with just Promo ?

The longer esters allow fewer injections but you already have test p so I would just use it.

I plan on it. I'm saying the Primo I gotta run for atleast 12 weeks to see proper results, so I've read. What do you think ? Run DBol 1-4 weeks. Test 1-8 . The winny how long and the Primo how long ? And what's my PCT gonna look like ? If any needed ... Thanks
